Refurbishment project

The Danish Church in London's project, led by CF Møller Architects UK

The church is happy to finally show the result of many years of planning and fundraising for the renovation project. CF Møller Architects UK has led the project effectively through a large number of challenges, including cumbersome regulatory approvals, finding rot in the structural woodwork and delays due to Covid-19 restrictions.

The Church is deeply grateful for the hard work done by a large number of volunteers, in connection with the entire process, and for the competent legal assistance from Reed Smith on a pro-bono basis.

The project could not have been completed without generous donations and contributions from both the congregation and a large number of companies and foundations, and we wish to thank everyone who has supported the project, whether with large or small amounts. Significant donations have been received from the AP Møller Foundation, the Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik Foundation, the Oak Foundation, the Aage and Johanne Louis-Hansen Foundation, the Villum Foundation and many others.
