Evening classes adults
Learn Danish at The Danish Church in London at the Evening School
We offer Danish lessons for adults who only have the opportunity to go to Danish in the evening.
It is taught by experienced and tenacious Danish teachers in informal and cozy settings, where Danish speech and understanding are taught with a focus on authentic situations and Danish culture. The approach to teaching is a mixture of different methods, but the aim at all levels is to convey the students' ability to express themselves, especially orally, in fluent and idiomatic Danish.
The teaching is not a religious activity, so everyone, regardless of background, can participate.
To attend classes, you must be covered by a membership of the church, this is for insurance purposes. After which tuition costs £130 per term or £370 for all three terms. A term lasts 12 weeks, you can register on the members page.

The 5 levels take place:
Danish 1 Wednesday at 19.00 - 21.00 v/Dorthe Black > please note this course starts in September and continues over the 3 terms. I.e. it is not possible to start in term 2 or 3.
Danish 2 Tuesday at 19.00 - 21.00 w/Dorthe Black
Danish 3 Tuesday at 19.00 - 21.00 v/Svend Kjær
Danish 4 Wednesday at 19:00 - 21:00 with Alette Scales
Danish 5 v/ Inge Berman is agreed between the course participants and the teacher.
We mainly teach at the church premises and sometimes on zoom, check with the teacher what the program is.

7. -8. January -1.-4. April 2025 (holiday 18. - 19. februar)
3. semester
