SOMMERUDSTILLING

28. MAJ – 27. JULI 2025

Der vil være en særvisning af sommerudstillingen i forbindelse med Sankt Hans i 

Den Danske Kirke i London, lørdag den 28. juni kl. 18.00-19.30.

For første gang har vi fyldt vores kirke-hall vægge fra top til tå med kunst og kunsthåndværk i en gruppeudstilling. 

En åben udstilling hvor alle kunne søge om at være med. Vores egen ‘Royal Academy-style sommerudstilling’. 14 kunstnere bragt sammen, værkerne stikker i alle mulige retninger. Vi har ikke givet kunstnerne en retning, men blot en mulighed for at vise deres talenter frem. Kom og se med, og mød kunstnerne. 

Medvirkende kunstnere er: Andy Atkinson, Hafdis Bennet, John Bishop, Heidi Fenn, Karin Bøgh Heath, Gunner la Cour, Iben la Cour, Inga Rasmussen, Ebba Seidenfaden,  Alexandra Selwyn-Gray, Emma Lee Sigurdsson, Lone Sigurdsson, Suzanne Steer, Kirsten Yeates

Som et nyt initiativ siden renovationen har kirken introduceret skiftende kunstudstillinger i church-hall, der til dagligt danner ramme om mange af kirkens kulturelle og sociale begivenheder. Lokalet bruges ved kirkens arrangementer, såsom søndagsfrokost, Cafe Mødestedet, dansk undervisning, officielle besøg, møder og receptioner. Der er et vekslende publikum, hvor en del vil få mulighed for at se udstillingen. 

Vi har 2 solo udstillinger om året såvel som sommerudstillingen. Hvis man ønsker at søge om at udstille i church-hall, kan man læse mere om reglerne på kirkens hjemmeside.

Ansøgningsfrist for udstillinger i 2026 er i oktober. Næste års sommerudstillings ansøgningsfrist er 1 maj. 

Alt salg af værker foregår direkte mellem kunstneren og kunden. 

Kunstneren donerer minimum 20% af salget til kirken.

SUMMER EXHIBITION

There will be a special viewing of the summer exhibition in conjunction with Sankt Hans at The Danish Church in London, Saturday the 28th of June 18.00-19.30

For the first time, we have filled our church hall walls from top to toe with art and crafts in a group exhibition. 

An open exhibition where everyone could apply to be included. Our own ‘Royal Academy-style summer exhibition’. 14 artists brought together, the works point in all possible directions. We have not given the artists a direction, but simply an opportunity to show off their talents. Join us to experience and meet the artists.

As a new initiative since the renovation, the church has introduced changing art exhibitions in the church hall, which regularly forms the setting for many of the church's cultural and social events. The venue is used for church events, such as Sunday lunch, Cafe Mødestedet, Danish classes, official visits, meetings and receptions. There is a changing audience, whom will have the opportunity to see the art. 

We have 2 solo exhibitions per year as well as the summer exhibition, if you wish to apply to exhibit in the church hall you can read more about the rules on the church website.

Application deadline for exhibitions in 2026 is in October. Next year's summer exhibition application deadline is 1 May.

All sales of works take place directly between the artist and the customer. 

The artist donates a minimum of 20% of the sale to the church.
