Danish Fair – A Tradition Since 1954
Every year, on a Saturday in May, the Danish Church in London and its beautiful gardens are transformed into a colourful marketplace as we welcome visitors to our much-loved Danish Fair.
Since 1954, the Danish Fair has brought together Danes, friends of Denmark and curious visitors for a festive day in the heart of London. With more than 1,000 visitors of all ages, there is something for everyone. The Fair takes place in both Danish and English, and everyone is welcome.
Originally known as the Bazaar, the Danish Fair was founded by Danish Women in England. Today, it remains a much-loved tradition, kept alive by generations of volunteers and supporters. All proceeds go towards supporting the work and activities of the Danish Church throughout the year.
