A Danish Church in Regent’s Park

St Katharine’s is a church for all Danes who live in London whether it be for a long or a short period. We are an Evangelical-Lutheran church with a strong connection to the National Evangelical Lutheran Church (Folkekirken) of Denmark and we celebrate services, christenings, marriages and funerals in the same way as any parish church in Denmark.

Our Church is located in the North-Eastern corner of Regent’s Park, near Camden Town. In the adjoining building you’ll find our Churchhall which is open daily except Mondays. Here you can read a Danish newspaper or magazine and you can buy Danish food in our shop. It is also in the Churchhall that many of the cultural events organized by the Church take place.

We are also Church for Danish seamen and visit Danish ships docking at River Thames or along the coast.
